Shipping Policy
We currently deliver across India to all metros and major non-metro cities with an average turaround time of 5-7 days. As for the shipping cost:
Cash on Delivery (COD) – Rs 150 (non-refundable)
Non COD – Free Shipping (PAN India)
We have tied up with a reliable logistics partner that ensures reliable delivery of all products across cities. We try our very best to ensure that there are no delays in shipments, but sometimes it’s beyond our control.
General Shipping Timelines:
- The seller generally packs the product ordered within 3 business days. In case the product is made to order, the timelines for getting the product ready are mentioned on the website.
- Our logistics partners are notified once the vendor has your product ready for dispatch. They pick up the product from the seller and dispatch it to the customer’s location. The general timeline for delivery post pickup is 3-4 days.
- Our operations are live across all business days (except Sundays and National Holidays) For any product-related issues during delivery, you can contact us at info@dhartii.in and we shall get to you within 24 hours.
- Our shipping system operates on the “Drop Shipping Model” i.e., the order will be directly picked up from the seller’s place and directly delivered to the ordered customer’s location.
