RETURN, REPLACEMENT AND REFUND POLICY

Returns Policy: The User can return the products within 7 days from the delivery of the products. The return will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the request. The return of the product will be directly shipped to the seller’s return centre (i.e., the Seller’s physical store, warehouse, or drop centre) or the seller’s registered location.

Return Requests: The User shall raise a return request within the above-mentioned period and shall send us the picture or upload the pictures of the packaging and the product at info@dhartii.in. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the Product and will process the refund as per the Refund Policy.

The products qualify for returns only if:

the product(s) delivered does not match the user’s order;

the product(s) delivered were damaged/Manufacturing defect.

The user shall ensure that the product to be returned remains unused. The tags and the packaging of the product are also to be kept intact and untampered by the User.

The products that do not qualify for return are:

products that have been altered or used; or

products whose serial number or bar code has been tampered with; or

if the batch number of the product does not match as mentioned in the invoice; or any larger items (any item which is larger than 1 meter in any one dimension, or weighs more than 10 Kilograms).

Replacement/Exchange Policy:

Replacements will only be allowed in clothing and accessories.

In case of clothing product(s), if the User wishes to replace the product(s) concerning the manufacturing defect, wrong product delivered or sizing or color issue, then the product(s) can be replaced.

In case of Accessories product(s), if the User wishes to replace the product(s) concerning the manufacturing defect or wrong product delivered, then the product(s) can be replaced.

However, replacements are subject to the availability of the particular product and are at the sole discretion of the Company. If the product is not replaced, then it shall be refunded.

 

Refund Policy:

Refunds shall be processed in the mode and manner prescribed below:

  • The request for the refund shall be validated by the customer care of the Company;
  • The refund shall be processed only after a confirmation is received from the seller concerned concerning the condition/packaging of the product
  • The refund shall be initiated within 10 business days from the date of reverse pickup;
  • In case the order is cancelled before the delivery (for prepaid orders), the refund shall be initiated within 10 working days.

 

Note: We shall process the refund only once we have received the confirmation from the seller concerned in respect of the contents of the product relating to that refund.
