* Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

* Products purchased during sale, promotional offers, or clearance events are not eligible for return unless received damaged or incorrect.

* A quality check will be conducted once the item is received. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method/store credit within 5–7 business days.

* In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant images and order details.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order enters the processing or dispatch stage, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
